EMAIL CAMPAIGNS

Creating email campaigns was a primary form of marketing at GreyHeller and a majority of my time was spent making header banners, formatting copy and CTAs, and assessing analytics.

WEBINARS

Representatives would hold industry-specified webinars for existing and potential clients. The presentation would sometimes require the need of a visual aid to explain abstract aspects of the company’s line of services. In this particular case, I designed visual element that would help describe the company’s ability to take a client’s existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and supplementing it with Greyheller’s security and UX services to make it more protected and accessible to users.

Moreover, I was responsible for taking recorded webinars, editing, and compressing the video for our blog that was also sent to clients who asked for, or may have missed, the webinar. Sometimes, the videos would require visual indicators when demoing a software service, which I would add in post.

The Colosseum played a large role in conveying an abstract idea in a webinar—taking an existing ERP software and reinforcing it with GreyHeller’s security and UX service.

GreyHeller, LLC

In January 2015, I began interning for GreyHeller (now currently Appsian), a software company with a focus on providing cybersecurity and accessibility for ERP software. Working with their marketing team, I established a branding system as well as develop content for email campaigns, conferences, and webinar presentations.

LANDING PAGES

Apart of my responsibility in our marketing strategy was creating visually engaging forms and intuitive landing pages that not only share the company’s identity, but spoke to the needs of our clients. In instances where accessibility was focal point of a campaign, it was imperative to be considerate of the page’s legibility on all devices.

PRINT MATERIAL

In preparation for various strings of conferences representatives would attend, I would create flyers, retractable banners, and other print media to promote the company.
